It's Rose Festival time in Portland, starting Friday, May 22 and running through June 14!"Waterfront Village" will be running during this time at Tom McCall Waterfront Park, just down the road, with (another) carnival, food and exhibits. The cost is $5 per person, but it is free on opening day, Friday the 22nd. On Memorial Day the 25th, free admission to all current and former military personnel.
